Tyler arrived promptly (left his lunch break to help me), was incredibly professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. His knowledge and calm presence were truly reassuring in a stressful situation!! Thanks to his quick and efficient work, we had electricity restored much faster than expected. For the panel, he described our options in detail, did not try to upsell us, and the work was done thoroughly and efficiently. For the Frame TV, Tyler and Antonio wired the power box for the tv inside the wall and dealt smoothly with unforeseen issues with stud placement. They even helped mount the tv and made sure it worked before leaving. I would definitely work with Tyler and Antonio again on future projects.
